The System allows each type of postal money transaction to be sent as a group transaction. To access this functionality, it is enough to mark the transaction when you are sending it. Sometimes, practice requires this capability to be restricted where only certain type of transactions to be considered for sending as group transactions. The System provides configuration for Sending the following types of postal money transactions: ▪Regular; ▪Express; ▪Official; ▪Cash on delivery (COD). For security reasons, the System restricts the acceptance of group transactions of all other postal money transactions, including international and through external institutions such as MoneyGram and Eurogiro. The Group transactions are characterized by being identified by a common referent number (Barcode). At the same time, however, all composite transactions in the group also have their own reference numbers. Attention! All reference numbers can be generated automatically by the System in order to reduce the risk of errors and unwanted repetitions when manually entered. All composite transactions of the group are of the same type as the group transaction. In the example below, the illustrated group transaction may only contain Regular transactions. |
