The Module „MoneyGram transactions“ provides full automation and integration with the MoneyGram® payment network through a specialized communication protocol AgentConnect version 15.12. The Module provides a full range of functional capabilities to manage financial transactions through MoneyGram®. On the other hand, the ATM transactions Module provides automation of operations, services and connectivity to the ATM center, thus enabling money transfers from other payment channels to be controlled, redirected and monitored through ATM infrastructure. the Module provides functionality for: ▪Management of payment transactions from different payment channels of the System via an ATM; ▪Virtualization of physical ATMs and branches of the organization you work for; ▪Virtualization of workplaces through MoneyGram® sequence number; ▪Management of accounts in different currencies by virtual branches. |
Example deployment and operation
The new architecture of PTM™ DELUXE 2019 enables the Modules in the System to communicate with each other and thus to solve more complex tasks without duplicating functionality. As a result, the "MoneyGram transactions" Module can work together with the "ATM transactions" Module to jointly solve the MoneyGram payment transaction management task through ATM terminals. In the following few steps, a sample sequence for receiving payment transaction from MoneyGram® through ATM is described, which can be managed by PTM ™ DELUXE 2019: 1)A customer inserts a debit card at an ATM and selects from the offered services "MoneyGram® Transaction; 2)In interactive mode, the terminal performs checks and a transaction reference number is entered; 3)The Modules perform the necessary checks to identify the recipient and the validity of the input data, thus allowing or limiting the receipt of a transfer to a client's account; 4)Appropriate accounting operations are performed to complete the transaction processing; 5)After the transaction is finally confirmed, the ATM prints a note with details of the transaction. |
